Find stores that sell a fuel
Show only the stores that currently sell a fuel, such as "Điêzen 0,001S-V", on the web store list, the web store map, or in the Driver App.
Before you start#
- Who: on the web, any tenant user who can see stores (Tenant Owner, Admin, Supervisor or Accountant), and merchant users for their own stores. Drivers use the Driver App.
- What "sells" means: the store has a price in effect for a fuel SKU linked to that official fuel item. Fuels are matched by the official item, not by each merchant's own product name; fuel names are shown as the official list writes them. A price that starts or ends on schedule can take up to an hour to show. See Government fuel items and fuel filters.
- The filter only narrows what you can already see; it never shows a store that is hidden from your company. See Which stores tenants and drivers can see.
Steps#
On the web store list#
- Open Stores and click the filter (funnel) icon.
- Under Fuel, choose one or more fuels (Any fuel when none is chosen). Only fuels that some store currently sells are offered.
- Click Apply. The list shows stores selling any of the chosen fuels, and the Fuel column lists each store's fuels.
The Excel export of the list follows the same filter.
On the web store map#
- Open Stores Map.
- In the Fuel bar above the map, click one or more fuel chips. The pins reload to show only stores selling any of them, and each pin's popup lists its Fuel sold.
- Click Clear to show every store again.
The rest of the map is described on Store locations map.
In the Driver App#
- Open Nearby merchants on the home screen, the Stores Map, or Select a merchant when starting a refuel, and find the row of fuel chips.
- Tap a fuel to show only stores that sell it and accept refuel orders. Tap All fuels, or the chosen fuel again, to clear it.
The choice is shared by the three screens, one fuel at a time, and lasts while the app stays open. When the app starts, or you switch vehicle, it picks a fuel for you: the fuel your current vehicle (the selected one, or your only assigned one) has most often been refuelled with in completed refuels over the last 90 days; otherwise the last fuel you chose on this phone, if it is still on sale; otherwise none. Store cards and the store sheet show each store's fuels as chips.
What happens next#
- The web list changes when you click Apply; the web map and the Driver App reload as soon as you pick a fuel.
- In the Driver App your last chosen fuel is kept on the phone, as a fallback for next time, until you clear it or sign out.
Rules and limits#
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Several fuels | On the web, choosing several fuels shows stores that sell any of them |
| One fuel in the app | The Driver App filters by one fuel at a time |
| Refuel only | In the Driver App a fuel filter applies to refuel; the purchase and work store pickers have no fuel filter |
| Stores with no fuel | A store that sells no fuel shows "—" in the Fuel column and is never matched |
If something goes wrong#
| What you see | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| "No nearby stores sell …" on the home screen | None of the few nearest stores the home screen shows sells that fuel | Use Open map to search a wider area, or Clear filter |
| "No stores in this area sell … — zoom out or clear the filter" on the app map | No store in view sells that fuel | Zoom out or clear the filter |
| "No stores sell … — clear the filter to see all refuel stores" in the refuel picker | No refuel store you can use sells that fuel | Clear the filter |
| No results on the web list | No visible store sells the chosen fuels | Choose another fuel or clear the filter |
| A store you expect is missing | It is hidden from your company for another reason | Check the conditions on Which stores tenants and drivers can see |
| No fuel row in the app | No fuel is on sale anywhere on the platform, or the list of fuels could not be loaded | Try again later |
