How-to guideWho can do this: Merchant Owner, Merchant Admin
Add a store with its address, map location, contact details, price zone, opening hours and photo, or change any of them later from the store's edit page.
Who: Merchant Owner or Merchant Admin, for the merchant's own stores. A platform administrator account that holds the store permissions can also create and edit stores for any merchant.
Where:Stores → Add Store to create one; Edit (the pencil) next to a store on the Stores list to change it.
Inactive stores stay on your Stores list and can be edited and reactivated.
Under Store details, enter the Name; it is the only required field for merchant users. A platform administrator also chooses the Merchant, which merchant users do not see: their stores always belong to their own merchant.
Type the Address and pick the matching suggestion to place the store on the map. A typed address without a pick is also saved, but does not move the map pin, and editing the text after a pick cancels that pick. How the pin and the store photo are chosen is on Store locations and photos.
Fill in Phone, Email and Contact person as needed.
Set the Price zone if you know it: Not set, Zone 1 or Zone 2. Changing it records it as confirmed for this store; see Fuel price zones.
To add a storefront photo, choose an image under Photo: any image file up to 10 MB; landscape (16:9) works best. On edit, leave it empty to keep the current photo, or tick Remove the current photo. If the store shows a photo taken from Google Maps, you can tick Remove the Google photo ("It will not be fetched again for this place.").
Under Operating hours, set each day Open or Closed, with its open and close times, or 24h; Open 24/7 sets every day at once. A store with no hours, new or existing, starts at 06:00 to 18:00 every day, so saving the form of such a store for any reason saves those hours. A day cannot run past midnight; 24h saves 00:00 to 23:59. The rules are on Store operating hours and open status.
On edit only, the Status section has the Active switch, with the note "Inactive stores are hidden from fleets and drivers, cannot take orders and drop out of price lists. Devices bound to this store stop working at it." Switching a store off and on is covered on Deactivate or reactivate a record.
A new store returns you to the Stores list with "Store created successfully." and "Set up the price list for this store." with Review & Confirm Prices →; see Review and confirm a store's fuel prices.
An edit opens the store's detail page with "Store updated successfully."
Every create and edit is recorded in the store's audit log: a create with all its values, an edit with the fields that changed, and switching the store off or on as deactivation or activation.
