Stop your fleet from using a merchant
Exclude a merchant to block it from doing business with your company: its stores no longer appear for your users and drivers, and orders and card refuels there are refused. Remove the exclusion to make them available again.
Before you start#
- Who: Tenant Owner or Tenant Admin, for your own company; the platform team can also change it. A Tenant Accountant can see the list but not change it.
- Where: Tenants in the menu opens your company's page; the list is in the Excluded Merchants card.
Steps#
To exclude merchants:
- In Excluded Merchants, click the merchant picker (Select merchants to exclude…) and choose one or more merchants.
- Click Exclude. The merchants move into the list straight away, without reloading the page.
To allow a merchant again:
- In Excluded Merchants, find the merchant.
- Click Remove next to it. It leaves the list, and can be chosen again while the merchant is active.
What happens next#
- An excluded merchant, and all of its stores, no longer appear for your company: in store lists, the store map and the Driver App, and in order store pickers. New orders and card refuels at its stores are refused. See Which stores tenants and drivers can see.
- With nothing excluded, the card reads "No merchants excluded."
- Removing the exclusion makes the merchant's stores available again, as long as they meet the other conditions on Which stores tenants and drivers can see.
- Each exclusion added or removed is recorded in your company's audit log, opened with Audit logs on your company's page.
- The exclusion applies only to your company; other companies and the merchant itself are not affected.

If something goes wrong#
