Refuel by vehicle and Refuel by fuel item

Reference

Two reports show where a fleet's fuel went: Refuel by Vehicle ranks vehicles by the litres and money they used, and Refuel by Fuel Item shows each fuel over time.

Overview#

Both reports are for fleet-company users who can see financial transactions; merchant users cannot open them. Who can open them, the period control and the shared layout are on Operational reports. Refuel by Vehicle counts only refuels whose order names a vehicle, and Refuel by Fuel Item only refuels whose product is linked to an official fuel item, so their totals can differ from Spend Summary; see How the operational reports count money. Distance travelled and fuel consumption per vehicle are on Vehicle performance figures.

Refuel by Vehicle#

Refuel litres and money per vehicle for the selected date range.

  • Headline. Money, with its change against the previous period, and total litres.
  • Chart. A ranked bar chart of vehicles; the Money / Liters toggle switches what it ranks, with Money as the default. See Reading the ranked report charts.
  • Table. One row per vehicle: plate, litres, amount, number of refuels and average price per litre (Avg ₫/L). Refuels counts refuel orders, not charges. A vehicle with no litres, or whose money nets to zero or less (for example only a reversal), shows "—" for the average.
  • Sorting. By plate, litres, amount, refuels or average price; amount, largest first, is the default. Vehicles with no average always sort last.
  • Plate link. The plate opens the vehicle's page when you are allowed to view vehicles; otherwise it is plain text.
  • Fuel item filter. All fuel items or one official fuel item (inactive items are marked "(inactive)"), applied with Filter. With one selected, only that fuel's refuels count — in the headline, chart, table, comparison and export — and the explanation says the total is not comparable to Spend Summary. Fuel items are described on Government fuel items and fuel filters.
  • Export to Excel. Columns Plate, Liters, Amount, Refuels and Avg ₫/L, in the page's current sort, filter and period.

Refuel by Fuel Item#

Refuel litres and money per fuel item for the selected date range.

  • Grouping. Each row is an official fuel item, such as DO 0.001S or RON 95-III. Every station product linked to that item is counted together, whatever the station calls it. Refuels of a product not linked to a fuel item are left out here but still count on Refuel by Vehicle.
  • Headline. Money, with its change against the previous period, and total litres.
  • Chart. Each fuel item per period: a stacked bar per day for a range of up to 31 days, otherwise per month, with one colour per fuel item, repeating when there are many; the legend names each. The Money / Liters toggle switches the measure. Days after today are not drawn.
  • Table. Fuel item, Liters, Amount, Refuels and Avg ₫/L for the whole period, in catalogue order. It cannot be sorted. The average shows "—" when an item has no litres or its money nets to zero or less.
  • There is no filter other than the period.
  • Export to Excel. Columns Fuel item, Code, Liters, Amount, Refuels and Avg ₫/L.
