Revenue by tenant and Sales by SKU
Two reports answer a merchant's sales questions: Revenue by Tenant — how much each fleet company paid you in a period — and Sales by SKU — what you sold, in what quantity, for how much, and what your work orders earned.
Overview#
Both reports are for merchant users only; a tenant or platform user who opens one is refused. They appear under Reports in the sidebar for merchant users who can see financial transactions: Merchant Owner, Merchant Admin and Merchant Accountant. Both count only money payable to your merchant, so a fee you pay to the platform never appears as revenue. The money rules, the period and the previous-period comparison are shared with the other operational reports; see How the operational reports count money and Operational reports.
Revenue by Tenant#
Revenue, transactions, share and change per tenant for the selected date range.
- Headline. Total revenue in the period, with the change against the previous period.
- Chart. A ranked bar chart of tenants by money; see Reading the ranked report charts.
- Table. Tenant, money, transactions, share of the total and change against the previous period. A tenant with no revenue in the previous period shows "—" for change. A tenant with no name shows Unnamed.
- Not attributable to a tenant. Money payable to you that names no tenant is one row, always last, so the rows add up to the total.
- Transactions counts paid or settled transactions, refunds included, so it can differ slightly from the number of orders.
- Sorting. By tenant, money, transactions or change; the unattributed row stays last.
- Store filter. Choose one of your stores, or All stores. With a store selected, only money for a refuel, work order or purchase order at that store counts — in the headline, table, chart, comparison and export — and payments not linked to an order are left out.
- Export to Excel. Columns Tenant, Amount, Transactions, Share % and Change %, with the unattributed row first and amounts as numbers.
Sales by SKU#
Quantity, amount, orders and share per SKU for the selected date range, and work orders and amount per service type.
- Headline. Total sales in the period, with the change against the previous period.
- SKU table. SKU (code and name), Type, Quantity with its unit, Amount, Orders and Share. For fuel SKUs the count is the number of refuel orders; for other SKUs it is the number of payments that include the SKU. Each SKU's name opens a chart of that SKU's money per day (for a range of up to 31 days) or per month; Show all SKUs closes it.
- Units. Each quantity is shown in its own SKU's unit, and quantities are never added across SKUs, so the Total row shows no quantity and no count.
- Chart. A ranked bar chart of SKUs by money. Quantity can be chosen instead of Money only when every SKU shown uses the same unit.
- Work orders. Work orders have no SKU. In the SKU table they are one Work orders row, and Work orders by service type lists, per service type, a count of work-order payments and their amount, largest first, with no quantity.
- Not attributable to a SKU or service type. Money that is neither — refuels recorded without an order, purchase orders without items (or whose item prices do not add up to a positive amount), other payments — is one row, so the rows add up to the total. It and the Work orders row are always last.
- Filters. Store (All stores or one of yours), SKU type and Fuel item. With a store selected, payments not linked to an order are left out. With a SKU type or fuel item selected, only matching SKUs count; work orders and payments with no SKU are left out, and the service-type section says so.
- Sorting. By SKU, amount or orders.
- Export to Excel. Columns Line type, Code, Name, Unit, Quantity, Amount and Orders: the two trailing rows first, then the SKU rows, then one row per service type. The work-orders row is marked as the total of the service-type rows, so do not add both when summing Amount.
Empty periods#
A period with no sales shows an empty-state card and a headline of ₫0. When all of a period's money is in the unattributed row, the table is shown without a chart, with a note such as "No revenue in … was paid by a tenant.".
