Language, dates and number formats
The portal is in English or Vietnamese. Dates, times and money follow that choice, and the Vietnamese screens use the business words for company, merchant, store and credit.
Overview#
The product name on the portal is Dibee. The page title uses that name. There are two languages: English and Vietnamese. How to switch, including on the sign-in page, is on Change the portal language and display theme. After you are signed in, the language you choose is saved on your user. Notifications sent to you after that are written in that language. Someone who has never chosen gets the platform's default language. Each recipient of the same event gets their own language. Dates and times#
Dates and times are shown in Vietnam local time.

A date field opens a calendar in the portal's language, not the browser's. In Vietnamese the calendar reads day/month/year. The date you pick is what gets saved. English dates are not forced into day/month/year.
Money#
Both writings are in use on the portal. A comma and a period do not mean the same thing in each, so read the symbol or the currency code before the digits.

Some amounts use the currency-code form, and some use the đồng sign. A number typed into a form is not shown with thousands separators, so the form can read it as a number.
Words in Vietnamese#
On a Vietnamese screen these English words are written as follows:

Công ty is the company that runs the fleet. Doanh nghiệp is the merchant that sells to it. Cửa hàng is one of that merchant's stores. Công nợ is how the Vietnamese screens name B2B Direct credit, the credit account and the amounts owed.
The apps#
The driver app's name on the phone's home screen is Dibee Tài xế. Inside the app, English calls it Dibee Driver and Vietnamese calls it Dibee Tài xế. The driver sign-in brand is Dibee. The merchant app's name on the home screen is Dibee Cửa hàng.
